Register to take online training for etudes ng

1. Pre-register (link on calendar) to hold your spot. You are not officially enrolled until we receive items 2 and 3.

2. Complete, print, sign, and mail (or fax) the short application form with your payment.

3. Make check payable to Foothill College. Mail payment (and Fee Remittance Slip if paying by credit card) to the Distance Learning Office at Foothill College.

Foothill-De Anza Faculty $17.00
CA Residents: $28
Out-of-State Residents: $129
Foreign Citizens: $140

 

4. Mail Pass/No Pass Form (if applicable). If you wish to take the course on a pass/no pass basis instead of a letter grade basis, complete, print, sign, and mail (or fax) the pass/no pass form with your payment and materials.

All registration materials must be mailed or faxed to by Monday, a full week PRIOR to the start of the course:
